We offer several training opportunities throughout the year for youth in grades K-8. We also have 5v5 Teams and host 5v5 tournaments. In the Summer, 90TEN has a 3v3 tournament called Capital City 3on3.

Skills Clinics & 3on3 Basketball

Youth join us two (2) Sundays this fall for basketball skill building and 3on3 basketball games. We will also evaluate for 4th & 8th Grade Girls teams during this time instead of individual tryout dates.

Winter – November – December 2025

Kindergarten – 3rd Grade Boys & Girls

90TEN K-3rd school feeder league is for youth boys and girls. 30 minute practice followed by 1 game each week. Each team will be either 5:00PM-6:30PM, or 6:30PM-8:00PM one day each week.

How sign up works:

  • Individually and we will place you on a team with kids from your school/area; or
  • As an already formed team and specify your coach.

All kids are welcome and will be placed with kids from their same school district.

Summer

High School Summer Travel Teams

High School Girls Basketball Teams that travel throughout the West Coast and usually Chicago, IL competing at NCAA College Viewing Tournaments. Tryouts are middle/end of March.

Summer Camp
